Manufacturing Project Lead
Location: Atlanta, GA.
Length: 9-12 months (project is 5 years)

Duties:  Lead manufacturing group through implementation, determine resources needed to support effort. Help as needed with cutover and transition to new systems.

Controls Engineer
Auburn Hills, MI.

Contractor will be working at the end client's site in Auburn Hills, MI.  Primary responsibilities will be PLC Programming with Allen Bradley RS Logix 5000, Programming from Scratch, Commissioning of Equipment, Installation, Trouble Shoot & Debug, and Service Support.  All work is Automotive related.  Manager wants to see Automotive Industry experience, and experience working in a Manufacturing Plant.  Once this project is completed, Manager will move the consultant onto a different project that the company is working on/starting up.


Project Manager
St. Louis, MO.
12+ months - project will last up to 3 years

*      Beer/Brewery exp. is a PLUS
*      Food & Beverage exp. is a MUST
*      Degree is a MUST

The project manager will be responsible for overseeing existing facilities implementations mostly for Anheuser's breweries and all the brewery process equipment as well as some packaging equipment. In addition to that there are existing breweries, warehouses/distribution centers, and can/bottle manufacturing plants that need to be modernized. They will be responsible for managing the engineering teams executing the projects, assist in creating budgets for the projects, and develop the execution plan and schedule.  They will use either MS Project or Primavera for scheduling.


Controls Engineer
Pewaukee, WI
6+ months - possible perm role when contract is completed

1.            50% - Modify, test and troubleshoot existing systems including PLC software.
2.            20% - Document and develop new applications from the beginning of the development lifecycle through implementation.

3.            20% - Assist internal and external customers with operational support.
4.          10% - Create documentation of existing systems.

Robotic Programmer
Potential Start Date: 8/24
Location: Council Bluffs, IA - First 4 weeks and then client site in Chicago area.
LOA: 8 weeks +

Required Skills/Duties:
*      Contractor must provide his own basic tools: hand tools, allen wrenches, crescent wrenches, meters.
*      Hands on Programming from scratch
*      Fanuc Robot Programming a MUST
*      IR 2D Vision Systems Experience - A BIG PLUS
*      Strong robotics background
*      Training Skills
*      Client facing role: communication is key


Tooling Engineer
Norfolk, NE
6+ months

Client has 2 new tools that have been developed. The consultant will be conducting factory acceptance tests and validating the tooling. These are high cavitation, plastic injection molding tools, with tight tolerances. Gage R&R experience strongly preferred.  Working with the corporate tooling engineer. There are existing product specifications (not changing the product design - sometimes makes suggestions).  Tools with plus or minus of 1 with very high tolerances.  Hot to Cold valve technology.

Manager currently has a new material handling system that they are installing and contractor will be doing all the startup and commissioning, along with changes and improvements that were already done by current vendor. There are 32 Fanuc robots on the line as well. Manager would like to see strong Rockwell background.


Facilities Engineer (2 positions)
Irvine, CA.

Contract Manufacturer/ Contract Research Organization/ Mainly Aseptic Liquid Chemicals
Client needs a degreed engineer (mechanical preferably) with hands on experience in plant systems and production automated equipment.

They are currently modifying current systems. Needs someone who has a background in FDA Pharma compliance.. If they have experience working in a Liquid Aseptic Filling facility this would be a huge plus. Must be very hands on!The equipment they are working with are Boilers, Compressors, Chillers HVAC's. They are using Pure Steam and Water Injection Equipment. Pure steam is mainly used for sterilizing tanks, filters and piping systems, as well as products in sterilizers. Moreover, it is used for air-moistening in cleanroom systems. WFI is used for the production of medicaments and intermediates, as well as for the final cleaning of equipment.
