Rhonda D. Mundy is from Dayton, Ohio. She received her BS Degree in Civil Engineering from the School of Engineering and Technology at Tennessee State University in 1986. She made the Dean’s List and received a grant from the Environmental Protection Agency. In May 2014, she received her Master’s Degree in Christian Ministries from United Theological Seminary, Dayton, Ohio.
Rhonda has been employed 32 years with the City of Dayton, Department of Public Works, Division of Civil Engineering in the Bureau of Traffic Engineering. Her duties involve maintaining safe and efficient traffic operations in the city by providing traffic control requirements for right-of-way permit applications, laying out paint markings, updating GIS based traffic sign inventory, offering solutions to high accident locations, obtaining traffic volumes and responding to citizen traffic concerns.
Rhonda is the newly elected President of the TSU Engineering Alumni Association. She also served as Corresponding Secretary, 2007-2011 and Vice President, 2016-2018. The organization honored her with the Chapter Spirit Award in 2009 and the 2012 Think, Work, Serve Award. She is also one of the Mighty 100. Rhonda has also been active with the TSU Dayton Alumni Chapter.
Rhonda is a member of Lambda Chapter of Eta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, whose motto is “Not for Ourselves but for Others. She has served in various capacities including President of the local chapter and Northern Region Director of Fine Arts.

Johanna Outlaw who is currently serving as membership chairperson for the TSUEAA 2018-2020. I have previously served as president of the TSUEAA 2016-2018. I have also previously served as president of the TSU NC-Triangle alumni chapter. I am a 1998 graduate of TSU with a bachelors degree in electrical engineering. I also hold a MBA from Strayer university. I currently work at PPD as an IRT Project Manager.

George L. Davis (BSEE Tennessee State University 1981) was employed for the first 12 years of his career by Hughes Aircraft Company – the largest single employer (with 80,000 employees) in the Los Angeles area at that time – and was responsible for the production of guidance systems for the US Navy’s TRIDENT missile system, ultimately leaving the company with the title of Senior Staff Engineer/Scientist.
In 1993 George accepted employment at the University of Tennessee’s Center for Telecommunication and Video, where for almost ten years he was the University’s highest-level technical party responsible for the growth and maintenance of its entire television/telecommunications assets, its statewide distance education network (UT EdNet), and its digital data communications networks to and from the five UT campuses (and also between the outreach offices in all 95 counties of Tennessee of the UT School of Agriculture).
Since 2002, George and his wife Clinese have resided in Los Angeles where they own and operate Ultimate Progress Incorporated of El Segundo, CA, a company which provides services to the developmentally disabled adult population of California.

Financial Secretary | Marvin Evans | PMP, CSM
Marvin Evans is a 1983 Electrical Engineering Graduate of Tennessee State University College of Engineering. Marvin started his professional career with IBM in Poughkeepsie, NY as a Manufacturing Engineer. While in Poughkeepsie, Marvin worked on projects to automate Final Systems Test of IBM’s largest mainframes. From there he accepted various assignments in Systems Engineering and Marketing as a Product Specialist. Marvin also worked in the Life Sciences and Healthcare group working with various healthcare companies.
Marvin currently holds a PMP (Project Management Professional) and CSM (Certified Scrum Master). These two certifications have been an asset with the State of Tennessee as a Sr. Project Director. Marvin has worked at several agencies leading various projects that improve the services provided to the citizens of the State of Tennessee.
Marvin is currently a board member with the Matthew Walker Comprehensive Health Center. Marvin is a dedicated TSU Alumnus who has attended every homecoming since graduation.

Isabelle Revell Ford is president of Square O Consulting LLC, an agriculture and natural resources company. Prior to taking this position she retired from the City of Mt. Juliet Tennessee where she held the position as Zoning Administration and Assistant to the City Engineer/ Public Works Director. She has held several positions with state environmental agencies in Georgia and Tennessee, serving in such positions as Engineer for Georgia Department of Transportation, Senior Engineer for the Environmental Protection Division, Engineer with the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation. She also served as Vice president of The Urban Journal in Nashville Tennessee.
Isabelle is a graduate of Tennessee State University with a BS degree in Civil Engineering and a MS degree in Environmental Engineering. She is certified by Environmental Protection Agency as a Renovation, Repair and Painting Instructor for Lead.
Isabelle is married to James Ford. They have three children and seven grandchildren. She enjoys traveling, and being involved in church ministry. One of her passion is supporting TSU alumni and more specifically TSU Engineering Alumni Association where she serves as their parliamentarian. Her motto is when she works, work hard and when she plays, play hard.

Kenneth is a Transportation Engineer at Volkert, Inc. Prior to joining Volkert, Kenneth worked as a Design Engineer for RPM Transportation Consultants and KCI Technologies where his focus was on traffic signal design, roadway and intersection improvements designs. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tennessee State University. Kenneth also obtained a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Transportation Engineering from Tennessee State University. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and golfing.
